Tomato paste : 60 milliliters
Beef (Ground) : 500 grams
Black Beans : 540 milliliters
Water : 125 milliliters
Tortillas : 4
Guacamole : To taste
Crème fraîche 40% : To taste
Cheddar cheese (Grated) : To taste

Preparation steps

Spicy ground beef

Step 1
Chop the two peppers.
Set aside for later use.

Chop onion.
Set aside for later use.

Combine all the spices.
Set aside for later use.

Cook ground beef over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the onion and peppers and cook for another 5 minutes over medium-high heat.

Add the spice mixture, mix well and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the beans, water and tomato paste and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Quesadillas

Butter the pan, place the wrap on top, and add the grated cheese to one half.

Add the ground beef mixture to the same half and top with a little grated cheese.

Roll the wrap in half and bake until the cheese has melted, and the wrap is lightly browned.
Cut into 3 and serve hot.
Serve with Guacamole and crème fraîche to taste.
