- Onion : 1
- Red bell pepper : 1
- Orange Bell Pepper : 1
- Onion powder : 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder : 1 teaspoon
- Oregano : 1 teaspoon
- Paprika powder : 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder : 1 teaspoon
- Tomato paste : 60 milliliters
- Beef (Ground) : 500 grams
- Black Beans : 540 milliliters
- Water : 125 milliliters
- Tortillas : 4
- Guacamole : To taste
- Crème fraîche 40% : To taste
- Cheddar cheese (Grated) : To taste
Preparation steps
Spicy ground beef

Chop the two peppers.
Set aside for later use. -
Chop onion.
Set aside for later use. -
Combine all the spices.

Cook ground beef over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the onion and peppers and cook for another 5 minutes over medium-high heat.

Add the spice mixture, mix well and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the beans, water and tomato paste and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Quesadillas

Butter the pan, place the wrap on top, and add the grated cheese to one half.

Add the ground beef mixture to the same half and top with a little grated cheese.

Roll the wrap in half and bake until the cheese has melted, and the wrap is lightly browned.
Cut into 3 and serve hot.
Serve with Guacamole and crème fraîche to taste.
