Butternut Squash puree

Ingredients
- Butternut squash : 800 grams
- Crème fraîche 40% : 2 tablespoon
- Nutmeg : 1 pinch
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the butternut squash, cut and peeled.

When the butternut squash pieces have melted, place only the butternut (without the cooking water) in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender.
Then add the crème fraîche. -
Season with a pinch of salt and a twist of the pepper mill. Finish by grating a little nutmeg to taste.
