Butternut squash : 800 grams
Crème fraîche 40% : 2 tablespoon
Nutmeg : 1 pinch
Salt : 1 pinch
Pepper : 1 pinch

Note

You can use a potato masher or even a fork if you don’t have a hand blender.

Preparation steps

Step 1
In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the butternut squash, cut and peeled.
Step 2
When the butternut squash pieces have melted, place only the butternut (without the cooking water) in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender.
Then add the crème fraîche.
Step 3
Season with a pinch of salt and a twist of the pepper mill. Finish by grating a little nutmeg to taste.
