Ingredients
- Turnip : 800 grams
- Honey : 2 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter : 40 grams
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Pepper : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Peel and chop the turnips.

In a cast-iron casserole, melt the butter over high heat.

Sauté the turnips for 5 minutes to color them.

Add the two tablespoons of honey and stir well.
Cover and cook for ten minutes on a low heat. -
Finally, remove the lid and sauté for 5 minutes over high heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
