Ingredients
- Chinese noodles : 250 grams
- Vegetable stock : 25 centiliters
- Chinese cabbage : 1
- Carrots : 1
- Yellow Onion : 1
- Red bell pepper : 1
- Lime : 1
- Cilantro (Bunch) : 1
- Soy sauce : 6 tablespoons
- Nuoc-mâm sauce : 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil : 3 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds : 3 tablespoons
- Roasted sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar : 1 tablespoon
- Fresh ginger : 1 teaspoon
Preparation steps

Start by cutting the bell pepper, carrot and onion into small pieces.
Chop and wash the cabbage.
Heat the olive and sesame oils in a wok. -
Add the onion.

Then the carrot.

Finally, add the bell pepper.
Cook over medium heat for ten minutes. -
Add Chinese cabbage.
Cook for 5 minutes. -
While waiting for the noodles to finish cooking, bring a large pot of water to the boil.
Add the Chinese noodles and remove from the heat.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Then drain. -
Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the vegetables.

Add soy sauce, Nuoc-mâm sauce, rice vinegar, ginger and vegetable stock. Mix well.
Finally, chop the coriander bouquet.
Serve warm.
