Lime : 1
Cane sugar : 1 teaspoon
Ginger syrup : 1 teaspoon

Preparation steps

Step 1
Start by washing the lime.
Cut it into six equal pieces: cut in half lengthways, then cut one half into thirds, again lengthways. Finally, cut each piece in half, but crosswise.
Step 2
Place three pieces of lime and the spoonful of cane sugar in a glass.
Step 3
Using a pestle, crush the lemon pieces, then add the ginger syrup.
Step 4
Finally, add the rum and stir.
Serve at room temperature.
