Ingredients
- Water : 500 milliliters
- Fresh ginger (3 centimeters piece) : 1
- Turmeric (Powder) : 1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon (Stick) : 1
- Honey : 1 tablespoon
- Yellow lemon (Juice) : 1 tablespoon
- Pepper : 1 pinch
- Fresh mint (Leaves) : 3
Preparation steps

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the sliced ginger, grated turmeric, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
Let it simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes to infuse the flavors. -
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before straining the tea with a strainer.
Add lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well.
Garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing touch, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy.
