Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour : 150 grams
- Coconut milk : 100 milliliters
- Water : 50 milliliters
- Caster sugar : 80 grams
- Pandan Powder : 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a large bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pandan powder.
Stir well to evenly distribute the color and flavor. -
Gradually incorporate the coconut milk into the dry mixture, stirring until you achieve a smooth and uniform batter.
If necessary, add a small amount of water to adjust the consistency (the batter should be fluid but thick). -
Grease a rectangular silicone mold, then pour the batter into the prepared mold and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cake is firm to the touch and slightly golden at the edges.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
Let the cake cool completely in the mold before unmolding, then cut into squares or slices to serve. - Temperature: 180°C
