- Unsalted butter : 90 grams
- Caster sugar : 100 grams
- Vanilla sugar : 25 grams
- Flour : 200 grams
- Almond Butter : 50 grams
- Egg : 1
Preparation steps

Cut the butter into small pieces.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well by hand. -
Form the dough into a smooth ball.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before rolling it out. -
Lightly flour the work surface, then use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to fit your tart pan.
