Ingredients
- Flour : 250 grams
- Cane sugar : 100 grams
- Vanilla sugar : 15 grams
- Unsalted butter : 130 grams
- Rhubarb : 630 grams
- Red Delicious Apple : 450 grams
Preparation steps

In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and softened butter (the butter should be at room temperature) cut into small pieces.

Mix with your fingertips to form crumbs that will be used to create the crumble topping.

Cut the rhubarb into small cubes and place it in a large ovenproof dish.
