Flour : 250 grams
Cane sugar : 100 grams
Vanilla sugar : 15 grams
Unsalted butter : 130 grams
Rhubarb : 630 grams
Red Delicious Apple : 450 grams

Preparation steps

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and softened butter (the butter should be at room temperature) cut into small pieces.
