- Flour : 250 grams
- Cane sugar : 100 grams
- Vanilla sugar : 15 grams
- Unsalted butter : 130 grams
- Rhubarb : 630 grams
- Red Delicious Apple : 450 grams

In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and softened butter (the butter should be at room temperature) cut into small pieces.
