Ingredients
- Water : 120 milliliters
- Vanilla sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Stark Crimson red pears : 3
- Chocolat noir pâtissier (70%) : 170 grams
- Eggs : 3
- Cane sugar : 80 grams
- Unsalted butter : 115 grams
- Flour : 70 grams
- Almond powder : 30 grams
- Baking powder : 15 grams
- Oat milk : 60 milliliters
Preparation steps

Peel and halve the pears, removing the core.
Heat vanilla sugar and water in a pan for 10 minutes, until syrupy.
Place the pear halves in the syrup and cook for a further 5 -10 minutes. Spoon syrup over pears while cooking.
Set aside to cool. -
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.

Place the pears in a non-stick cake tin.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the eggs and mix well.

Add the melted chocolate and mix well.

Finally, add the oat milk and mix again until smooth.

Place in a cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
