Ingredients
- Egg whites : 4
- Caster sugar : 150 grams
- Flour : 80 grams
- Almond powder : 100 grams
- Unsalted butter : 80 grams
- Apricot jam : 1 tablespoon
Preparation steps

Place the sugar in a bowl.

Add flour and almond powder.

Mix the dry ingredients together.

Add the egg whites.

Then apricot jam.

Stir to combine.

Melt the butter.

Add to the mixture.

Mix to a smooth paste.

Butter and flour the moulds.

Pour a little batter into each mould.

Place in the oven at 180°C and bake for 18-20 minutes, keeping an eye on the color.
