Plain sheep milk yoghurt : 1/2 cup
Pots de farine : 1 cup
Eggs : 2
Caster sugar : 1/2 cup
Baking powder (Sachet) : 1
Pot d'huile neutre : 1/4 cup
Pot de fécule de maïs : 1/4 cup
Orange blossom aroma : 3 tablespoons

Note

The recipe is made with sheep milk yoghurt, but it’s perfectly possible to use cow milk yoghurt as long as it’s plain.

Preparation steps

Step 1
Place the yoghurt in a bowl.
Using the pot, measure and add a pot of caster sugar.
Step 2
Add the whole eggs and whisk to combine.
Step 3
Add the orange blossom and half a jar of oil.
(Be sure to use a neutral oil, such as sunflower oil).
Step 4
Finally, gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder and cornstarch.
Mix well.
Step 5
Line the mould.
Step 6
Verser la pâte et enfourner 30 minutes à 180 degrés Celsius.
Pour vérifier la cuisson, piquer à l'aide d'un couteau l’intérieur du gâteau. La lame doit ressortir sèche.
