Ingredients
- Plain sheep milk yoghurt : 1/2 cup
- Pots de farine : 1 cup
- Eggs : 2
- Caster sugar : 1/2 cup
- Baking powder (Sachet) : 1
- Pot d'huile neutre : 1/4 cup
- Pot de fécule de maïs : 1/4 cup
- Orange blossom aroma : 3 tablespoons
Preparation steps

Place the yoghurt in a bowl.
Using the pot, measure and add a pot of caster sugar. -
Add the whole eggs and whisk to combine.

Add the orange blossom and half a jar of oil.
(Be sure to use a neutral oil, such as sunflower oil). -
Finally, gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder and cornstarch.
Mix well. -
Line the mould.

Verser la pâte et enfourner 30 minutes à 180 degrés Celsius.
Pour vérifier la cuisson, piquer à l'aide d'un couteau l’intérieur du gâteau. La lame doit ressortir sèche. - Temperature: 180°C
