Ingredients
- Icing sugar : 150 grams
- Unsalted butter : 100 grams
- Raspberries : 100 grams
- Flour : 70 grams
- Almond powder : 70 grams
- Pistachio paste : 30 grams
- Egg whites : 4
Preparation steps

Place the flour, almond powder and powdered sugar in a bowl.

Mix, then add the egg whites.

Melt the butter, then add it. Finish by stirring in the pistachio paste.

Butter the financial moulds and fill them three-quarters full.
Place three raspberries in each mould.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. - Temperature: 180°C
