Ingredients
- Milk (Cup) : 2 cups
- Flour (Cup) : 1 cup
- Eggs : 2
- Caster sugar (Cup) : 4 tablespoons
- Salt : 1 pinch
Preparation steps

Place a mug of flour in a bowl.

Add 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar.

Then the 2 eggs.

Pour in the first mug of milk and whisk well.

Add the second mug of milk.

Grease a hot frying pan with butter and pour in a ladleful of pancake batter.

Cook for a few seconds, then turn over. Cook again for a few seconds, then set aside.
