Ingredients
Sweet dough
- Flour : 250 grams
- Unsalted butter : 125 grams
- Caster sugar : 110 grams
- Vanilla sugar (bag) : 1
- Eggs : 1
Preparation steps

Place the flour in a bowl.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix well. -
Add egg and butter in pieces.
Mix with fingertips until butter is fully incorporated.
Butter should be at room temperature to facilitate incorporation. -
Finally, shape into a ball and place in a bowl. Strain and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Take out the dough a good 15 minutes before working with it. If it is too cold, it will be difficult to roll out.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Finally, line your mold and prick the dough to prevent it from puffing up.
