- Banana : 2
- Eggs : 2
- Olive oil : 100 milliliters
- Orange juice : 120 milliliters
- Flour : 200 grams
- Cane sugar : 145 grams
- Edible baking soda : 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla sugar (Sachets) : 2
- Dark chocolate (Chips) : 120 grams
Preparation steps

Mash the two bananas with a fork in a bowl.

Add the eggs, oil and orange juice, then whisk well.

Add the flour, baking soda, cane sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well.

Add the nuggets to the batter and mix.
Pour into a baking tin and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 1h and 20min on a fan oven.
