Ingredients
- Cane sugar : 150 grams
- Water : 60 milliliters
- Apples : 4
- Vanilla sugar : 11 grams
- Puff pastry : 1
- Jaune d'oeuf : 1
Preparation steps

In a frying pan or saucepan, heat the brown sugar mixed with the 60 millilitres of water.
Meanwhile, peel and cut apples into small quarters.
Set aside. -
After about 8 to 10 minutes, when the caramel coats the spoon well, pour it into the pie dish.

Place the apples on the caramel, starting from the center and working outwards.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar. -
Cover with the puff pastry and, using a kitchen brush, brush the pastry with the egg yolk.

- Baking time: 30 min

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes before unmolding and serving.
To do this, place a dish on top of the tarte tatin and turn over. When serving, the apples should be on top and the pastry underneath.
