Honey : 2 tablespoons
Baking powder : 1 teaspoon

Preparation steps

Peel the apples.

Cut into cubes.
Set aside.

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.

Add the eggs and whisk to combine.

Then add the melted butter and a tablespoon of honey, and whisk until smooth.

Add the diced apples and fold into the dough. Mix well.

Butter and flour a cake tin with a knob of butter.
Pour the mixture into the cake mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
