Ingredients
- Flour : 120 grams
- Unsalted butter : 120 grams
- Caster sugar : 80 grams
- Eggs : 2
- Vanilla sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
- Tonka Bean : 1
Preparation steps

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the caster sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture turns white.

Add the sifted flour all at once, the yeast and mix.

Grate the Tonka bean into the mixture as desired.
Three or four grating strokes should suffice. -
Add melted butter.
Mix well until smooth. -
Butter the moulds and place the dough in them.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes. - Temperature: 200°C
