Ingredients
- Green cabbage : 1/2
- Neutral oil : 3 tablespoons
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Caster sugar : 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper : 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Easy and Creamy Homemade Ranch Dressing : 8 tablespoons
Preparation steps

Mix the salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic powder together.

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage if they are damaged.
Cut the half cabbage into quarters, keeping the cores intact.
Using a brush, coat the cabbage pieces with the seasoning mixture. -
Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
Grill the cabbage for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
Place the grilled cabbage on a plate and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
