Eggs : 3
Whipping cream 30% : 150 milliliters
Espelette pepper : 1 pinch
Fresh parsley (sprigs) : 2
Salt : 1 pinch

Preparation steps

Step 1
Remove the skin from the salmon and cut into small pieces.
Set aside for later use.
Step 2
Place the eggs and cream in a blender.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper and a large pinch of Espelette pepper to the mixture.
Step 4
Add chopped parsley and salmon.
Blend and place in a terrine mold.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
