Honey : 2 tablespoon
Unsalted butter : 40 grams
Salt : 1 pinch

Note

Dose the honey according to its fragrance. In this recipe, we’ve used a sweet flower honey.

A single tablespoon will suffice for a chestnut or forest honey.

Preparation steps

Step 1
Peel and chop the turnips.
Step 2
In a cast-iron casserole, melt the butter over high heat.
Step 3
Sauté the turnips for 5 minutes to color them.
Step 4
Add the two tablespoons of honey and stir well.
Cover and cook for ten minutes on a low heat.
Step 5
Finally, remove the lid and sauté for 5 minutes over high heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
