Ingredients
- Pink shrimp (Cooked) : 300
- Coconut milk : 125
- Sriracha (Sauce) : 1
- Avocats : 4
- Guacamole Spices (Packet of 20 grams) : 1
- Lime : 1
- Pepper (Ground) : 1
Preparation steps
-
In a dish, prepare the marinade by mixing the coconut milk, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of ground pepper.
-
Peel the shrimp and cut them in half. Mix them with the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
-
Meanwhile, prepare the guacamole by mixing the four avocados, mashed with a fork, with the packet of guacamole spices. Set aside in the refrigerator.
-
When ready to serve, place a generous tablespoon of guacamole in a small bowl and arrange the shrimp around it, drizzling a bit of the marinade over them. For an added touch of freshness, serve with an extra lime wedge, and for garnish, place one or two fresh cilantro leaves on top.
Enjoy your meal.
