Water : 1 liter
Peach syrup : 10 centiliters
Earl Grey Tea (Sachet) : 1
Yellow peach : 1

Preparation steps

Step 1
Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
When the tea comes to the boil, turn off the heat and place the tea bag or, as here, the tea ball in the infuser (3 grams of loose Earl Grey tea will do for your tea ball).
Step 3
Leave to infuse for about an hour.
Step 4
Then add the peach syrup.
Finally, dice the peach and add to the tea.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least one hour and add plenty of ice cubes just before serving.
