Ingredients
- Water (cold) : 2 liters
- Yellow lemon (Juice) : 1/2
- Honey : 1 tablespoon
- Ground ginger : 1 pinch
- Thyme (bunch) : 1
Preparation steps

Pour the cold water into a saucepan and add the bunch of fresh thyme.
Bring to the boil.
Once the water has come to the boil, turn off the heat and leave the thyme to infuse for 15 minutes in the pan. -
Filter the decoction.

Meanwhile, place the honey in a cup along with the juice extracted from half a lemon and the pinch of ginger, or place the honey last once the preparation has cooled below 40 degrees to enjoy all its benefits.
Pour the still-warm liquid into your cup and stir well.
