Best 3-Ingredients Applesauce

Ingredients
- Cortland Apple : 2 kilogrammes
- Water : 20 centilitres
- Vanilla sugar (sachet) : 1
Preparation steps

Peel the apples and cut with an apple slicer or knife, removing the core.

Place 20 cl water and vanilla sugar in a cast-iron casserole or saucepan.
Heat over medium heat for about 5 min. -
Add the apples and stir into the syrup.
Place over low heat, cover and cook for about 30 minutes.
Monitor, stir and add water if necessary to prevent the apples from sticking to the bottom. -
Once the apples are cooked, remove with a skimmer and place in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass container, leave to cool and store in the fridge (or freezer).
