Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70%) : 40 grams
- Praline chocolate : 40 grams
- Caster sugar : 40 grams
- Beurre doux : 30 grams
- Flour : 15 grams
- Eggs : 2
Preparation steps

Melt the dark chocolate, praline and butter in a bain-marie.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture is frothy.

Add the melted chocolate and stir.

Grease two circles and place them on a sheet of baking paper.
Pour the mixture into each up to 1 cm from the edge.
