Ingredients
Shortbread cookie dough
- Flour : 200 grammes
- Unsalted butter : 110 grammes
- Icing sugar : 30 grammes
- Brown sugar : 20 grammes
- Egg : 1
Icing
- White chocolate : 100 grammes
- Dark chocolate (70%) : 10 grammes
Preparation steps

Put the flour in a bowl.

Add brown sugar and icing sugar.
Stir to combine. -
Add the egg and mix again.

Cut the butter into pieces and mix it in by hand.
The dough should be smooth and homogeneous. -
Form a ball, wrap it and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and shape the little ghosts with a cookie cutter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
Let cool before eating - Temperature: 180°C

Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over a very low heat.

Then dip the cookies in the melted chocolate.

When the white chocolate has cooled, melt the dark chocolate in the same way.
Cut a square of baking paper and roll it up to form a horn.
Pour in the dark chocolate and cut off the tip.
Make three dots to form the eyes and mouth.
