Ingredients
- Beurre doux (melted) : 125 grams
- Brown sugar : 100 grams
- Eggs : 2
- Milk : 85 milliliters
- Baking powder (Sachet) : 1
- Flour : 200 grams
- Yellow lemon : 1
- Caster sugar : 50 grams
Preparation steps

Mix the brown sugar and melted butter until smooth.

Add the two eggs and mix.

Add the milk and mix well again.

Add the baking powder.
Stir to incorporate, then gradually add the flour, mixing well.
Finally, add the grated lemon zest. -
Pour into the silicone mould and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
While waiting to bake, mix the juice of the previously zasted lemon with the 50 grams of sugar.
Set aside for later use. - Temperature: 180°C

As soon as you remove the cake from the oven, use a knife to make a dozen holes in the cake and pour the sweet juice directly over them, without removing the cake from the mold.
Wait a few minutes before serving to allow the juice to penetrate the cake.
