Ingredients
- Black cherries : 600 grams
- Flour : 120 grams
- Caster sugar : 50 grams
- Unsalted butter : 30 grams
- Milk : 250 milliliters
- Eggs : 4
- Vanilla sugar (bags) : 2
Preparation steps

Place the flour in a bowl.

Then the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the whole eggs and whisk to combine.

Gradually pour in the milk.

Add the melted butter.
Mix well. The dough should be smooth and homogenous. -
Generously butter the mould and place the pitted cherries, washed and halved.

Finally, gently pour the clafoutis mixture over the cherries and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
