Sand roses can’t stand heat, so leave them in a cool place until ready to serve.
Ingredients
- Corn Flakes (Unsweetened) : 150 grams
- Dark chocolate (70%) : 95 grams
- Milk chocolate : 75 grams
- Unsalted butter : 50 grams
Preparation steps

In a saucepan, melt the dark and milk chocolate and butter.

Place the cornflakes in a bowl and pour the melted butter/chocolate mixture over them.

Using a pastry blender, mix the mixture so that all the corn petals are well coated.

Place the equivalent of a tablespoon of corn flakes on a silicone mat and form small heaps.

For uniform sand roses, shape into silicone molds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
