Ingredients
- Gala apple : 5
- Flour : 170 grams
- Unsalted butter : 110 grams
- Caster sugar : 100 grams
- Vanilla sugar : 12 grams
Preparation steps

Place the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar (12 grams) in a bowl.
Mix well. -
Cut the butter into pieces and stir into the flour/sugar mixture.

Knead with fingertips to form crumble dough.
Set aside for later use. -
Generously butter the mould.

Peel and chop the apples.
Place in mould. -
Finally, sprinkle with the crumble batter and bake at half-height for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius on a convection heat setting.
