Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70%) : 200 grams
- Unsalted butter : 70 grams
- Unsweetened cocoa powder : 15 grams
- Whipping cream 30% : 10 centiliters
- Vanilla (Sachet) : 1
Preparation steps

Place the chocolate, cream and contents of the vanilla sugar sachet (8 grams) in a saucepan. Melt slowly in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally.

When the chocolate is completely melted and the cream well incorporated, remove from the heat and add the chopped butter.
Leave to cool, then place in the fridge. Ideally overnight. -
Remove the chocolate and, using a teaspoon, form small balls of "dough".
Roll each one in powdered bitter chocolate.
All set!Store in an airtight tin in the fridge.
