Ingredients
- Oatmeal : 100 grams
- Figs : 60 grams
- Hazelnuts : 40 grams
- Unsalted butter : 40 grams
- Agave syrup : 4 tablespoons
- Caster sugar : 2 tablespoons
Preparation steps

In a saucepan, put the sugar, butter and agave syrup.
Bring to a simmer as if to make caramel.
Let heat for a good 5 minutes. -
In a bowl, put the oatmeal, the crushed hazelnuts and the figs cut into small pieces.

Add the sugar/butter/agave syrup mixture. It must be syrupy.

Mix and fill the cookie cutters, making sure to pack the whole thing down.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.Let cool for a few minutes then place in the refrigerator for one hour.
