Ingredients
- Spreadable cheese (Similar to Philadelphia cheese) : 200 grams
- Sardines in oil : 100 grams
- Shallots : 2
- Pickles : 8
- Yellow lemon : 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro (Ground) : 1 tablespoon
Preparation steps

Finely chop shallots.

Cut pickles in half lengthwise, then into slices.

Cut the sardines in half at the belly with the tip of a knife to remove the center bone.
Then chop coarsely. -
In a bowl or small salad bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork.
