Ingredients
- Double-cream Brie Cheese (350 grams) : 1
- Salted butter : 20 grams
- Shallot : 1
- Garlic Cloves : 1
- Chanterelles : 70 grams
- Fresh parsley (Chopped) : 2 teaspoons
- Maple syrup : 2 teaspoons
- Grenoble walnut (Crumbled) : 1 tablespoon
Preparation steps

Chop shallot.

Chop garlic.

Heat the butter in a frying pan, then add the shallot and garlic.
Sauté for 5 minutes, until the garlic and shallot begin to color. -
Cut chanterelles into small pieces.

Add the chanterelles and cook for 2 minutes with the garlic and shallot.

Add the parsley and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Make incisions in the Brie and place in a roasted Camembert dish.

Place all the mixture on top of the cheese and add the maple syrup.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes. - Temperature: 180°C
